In order to provide competent technical support please provide following information with your request:
  • Serial number of the product
  • Log files of the server (you can get these under "Events" - "Download log files for technical support")
  • Motherboard (Manufacturer, Type, BIOS Version)
  • Name of the networking controller
  • Hardware Raid Controller (Manufacturer, Type, BIOS Version)
  • Hard Drive Information (Manufacturer, Type, Revision)
